About the role
As Sales Head, you'll own the global enterprise revenue number for Payomatix. You'll build and lead a team of AEs, SDRs, and partnerships managers, define the GTM playbook, and personally close strategic deals with banks, PSPs, and large merchants.
What you'll do
- Own annual revenue targets across India, UAE, and Canada markets.
- Hire, coach, and scale a team of 15+ sales professionals.
- Define ICP, sales process, pricing strategy, and forecasting cadence.
- Personally close top-tier enterprise deals (banks, large merchants, PSPs).
- Partner with marketing on demand-gen strategy and lead quality.
- Build executive relationships across the fintech ecosystem.
- Report directly to the CEO with weekly forecast and pipeline reviews.
What you bring
- 10+ years in B2B sales, with 5+ years leading payments or fintech sales teams.
- Track record of building $20M+ ARR sales orgs from the ground up.
- Deep network across Indian banking, PSPs, and enterprise merchants.
- Experience selling complex multi-stakeholder deals with 6–12 month cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen and pricing intuition.
Nice to have
- MBA from a top-tier institution.
- Experience expanding into international markets (UAE, SEA, Africa).
- Prior experience at a payment gateway, PSP, or acquiring bank.
