About the role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint across global markets. You will focus on building strong pipelines, closing high-value deals, and driving growth in fintech and high-risk industries.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across global markets.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in fintech and high-risk verticals.
  • Engage with decision-makers including CEOs, COOs, and Heads of Payments.
  • Drive end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and partnership targets.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in payments, fintech, PSPs, acquiring, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of payment concepts like MDR, rolling reserves, chargebacks, settlement cycles, FX, and risk tiers.
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline independently (strong outbound focus).
  • Confident communicator with experience handling global clients.
  • Experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into iGaming, forex, adult, high-risk eCommerce, or crypto-related industries.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS, PSD2/SCA, and AML/KYB processes.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and structured outreach systems.
  • Exposure to international markets and cross-border payments.
