About the role
We're looking for a performance-driven Sales Executive to convert opportunities into revenue. You will focus on engaging qualified leads, pitching our payment solutions and closing deals across global markets, especially in fintech and high-risk industries.
What you'll do
- Handle and convert inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
- Pitch payment solutions including card acquiring, crypto processing, IBANs and white-label services.
- Run product demos, follow-ups, and deal negotiations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closure.
- Work closely with business development and onboarding teams.
- Maintain CRM, track deals and meet revenue targets.
What you bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, PSPs, acquiring, SaaS or high-risk verticals.
- Strong understanding of payment concepts such as MDR, rolling reserves, chargebacks, settlement cycles, FX and risk tiers.
- Proven experience in closing deals and handling objections.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into iGaming, forex, adult, high-risk eCommerce or crypto-adjacent industries.
- Confidence in handling global clients and enterprise conversations.
- Experience working with sales automation tools.
- Familiarity with compliance topics like PCI-DSS, PSD2/SCA and AML/KYB flows.
