White Label Payment Software

Ready-made payment software. Entirely your brand.

Payomatix builds finished, production-grade payment platforms — and hands them to you white labelled. You launch as a payments company without spending 18 months building one.

What does white labelling actually mean here?

Most vendors sell you “white label” and hand over a dashboard with your logo bolted on. We go further. You receive complete, battle-tested software — the routing engine, the ledgers, the compliance workflows, the mobile flows — rebranded, reconfigured and deployed for you.

Your clients log into your platform, at your domain, with your pricing. You own the customer relationship, the data and the margin. We stay invisible — the technology partner behind your product.

Your brand on every customer-facing surface
Your pricing, your commission models, your margin
Your merchants, your data, your export rights
Our engineering, infrastructure and compliance stack underneath
The stack you get
01Presentation layer — fully your brand
02Business logic — routing, limits, pricing
03Provider layer — acquirers, banks, PSPs
04Compliance layer — KYC, AML, audit
05Infrastructure — hosting, security, monitoring

We operate all five layers. Your customers only ever see the top one — wearing your name.

Five platforms we white label

Each one is a complete product, not a feature bolt-on. Start with the platform that matches your business model — or combine them.

White Label Payment Orchestration Platform

Your branded gateway that routes every transaction intelligently

A complete, ready-made payment gateway that carries your brand. You connect acquirers, PSPs and wallets once, and the orchestration engine routes every transaction to the provider most likely to approve it — with automatic failover when a provider degrades. Your merchants see your logo, your colors, your domain; Payomatix technology works invisibly underneath.

From first call to your live platform

A proven six-step path. You always know what happens next and who does it.

01

Discovery & scoping

We map your business model, target market, licensing position and volumes, then recommend the right platform and configuration — not the biggest one.

02

Branding & design

Your identity is applied across every surface: dashboards, checkout, emails, invoices, error states and mobile. Nothing ships with our name on it.

03

Configuration

Payment methods, currencies, corridors, routing rules, limits, pricing and commission models are configured to your commercial terms.

04

Provider connections

Acquirers, PSPs, banking partners and payout networks are connected — ours already negotiated, or your existing ones plugged in.

05

Compliance & testing

KYC/AML flows, risk rules, audit trails and reconciliation are validated. End-to-end testing covers happy paths, edge cases and failover.

06

Go-live & operations

Your team is trained, monitoring is live, and our support SLA begins. The product runs under your brand from the first transaction.

Included in every build

Whichever platform you choose, this is the baseline — not an upsell.

Full brand takeover

Your logo, colors, typography, domain, email templates, invoices, checkout pages and system emails — the software presents as entirely yours.

APIs, webhooks & SDKs

A complete developer surface under your domain: REST APIs, server SDKs, hosted components and webhooks your clients can integrate against.

Admin & merchant dashboards

Two purpose-built consoles: an operations back office for your team and a self-serve dashboard for your merchants or customers.

Web & mobile interfaces

Responsive web experiences and mobile-ready flows so your product behaves natively on every device your users pick up.

Hosting, scaling & monitoring

PCI-DSS-aligned infrastructure, high availability, monitoring and incident response — run by us, appearing as your platform.

Compliance groundwork

PCI-DSS Level 1 processing, encryption, audit logging, role-based access and support for your licensing and regulatory conversations.

Dedicated support & SLA

Onboarding, integration assistance, a named support channel and a defined SLA — so your team is never left alone with production.

Provider & banking network

Leverage our established acquirer, PSP, banking and payout relationships, or bring your own — the platform abstracts either.

Build it — or white label it?

Building in-house is sometimes the right call. Here is the honest comparison.

Factor
Build in-house
White label with Payomatix
Time to market
12–24 months of design, build and certification
4–8 weeks to a production-ready, branded platform
Upfront cost
Multi-million engineering budget before first revenue
Transparent setup + usage-based pricing
Compliance & certifications
PCI-DSS, audits and pen-tests all on your critical path
Certified infrastructure inherited from day one
Engineering team
Payments, risk, integration and ops hires needed
No payments engineering team required
Provider integrations
Each acquirer/PSP/bank integration built from scratch
Pre-integrated provider network, swap-ready
Risk if it underperforms
Sunk engineering investment with no exit
Scale up, down or exit without stranded technology

How you make money on it

A white label platform is a revenue engine, not a cost centre. You control pricing; our fee is a fixed, transparent layer underneath it.

Transaction margin
Charge your merchants per transaction above your platform cost — the classic PSP model.
Subscription & SaaS fees
Monthly platform fees, tiered plans and per-seat pricing for software clients.
Setup & onboarding fees
Charge merchants or clients for onboarding, KYC processing and integration support.
FX & corridor spreads
On cross-border and ramp platforms, spread income on every conversion and payout.
Value-added services
Premium dashboards, risk tooling, instant settlements and analytics as paid add-ons.

The economics, plainly

Your costs: a setup fee, a recurring platform fee, and per-transaction processing costs. Your revenue: everything your market will pay above that.

No engineering payroll to launch
No compliance certification cycles
No provider negotiations from zero
Margins that scale with your volume

Deployment models & ownership

Choose how much of the operation you want to run — we support all three.

Fully managed

We host, run, monitor and support the platform end to end. You focus on selling, onboarding and growth. Fastest path to market.

Best for teams without infrastructure staff

Co-managed

We run the core platform; your team gets admin access for merchants, pricing and day-to-day operations, with our engineers a call away.

Best for teams with some ops capacity

Dedicated deployment

A dedicated environment for your brand with stricter isolation, custom capacity and region choices — discussed case by case.

Best for enterprises & regulated entities

Security & compliance, inherited

Your platform runs on the same certified, hardened stack our own processing runs on.

PCI-DSS Level 1 aligned card data handling
Encryption in transit and at rest
Role-based access control and full audit trails
KYC / KYB / AML workflows with configurable rules
Sanctions & watchlist screening hooks
Resilient architecture with provider failover
Tokenization and vaulted payment instruments
Detailed reporting exports for auditors and regulators

White label questions, answered

Will my customers know the platform is powered by Payomatix?

No. Every customer-facing surface — dashboards, checkout, emails, invoices and APIs — carries your brand. Our name appears only in your back-end agreements, never in front of your users.

Can we use our own acquirers, banks and PSPs?

Yes. You can run entirely on your own provider contracts, use our pre-integrated network, or mix both. The orchestration layer treats them uniformly, so routing and failover work either way.

Do we need our own payment or banking licence?

It depends on your model and jurisdiction. Where regulation requires a licence, we guide you through options — partner-of-record structures, sponsorship or your own application — and configure the platform accordingly.

Who owns the data and the customer relationships?

You do. Your merchants, transactions and customer records belong to you, and export tooling means you are never locked in. We operate the technology; you own the business.

How does revenue sharing work?

You set your own pricing and commissions. We charge you a transparent platform fee plus processing costs; everything above that is your margin, with revenue-share reporting built into your admin console.

How long does launch actually take?

Typical branded launches go live in 4–8 weeks, depending on how many providers, corridors and custom flows are in scope. Licensing-dependent models can take longer because of the regulatory steps involved.

Can we start with one platform and expand later?

Yes — that is the common path. Many clients launch with orchestration first, then add on-ramp, off-ramp, BaaS or cross-border modules as their volumes and licences mature.

What happens if we outgrow the platform or want to leave?

The agreement includes clear exit and export terms. Your data is portable, and we assist with migration so your business never gets held hostage by its technology.
