About the role
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a strong and consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. You will focus on research, outreach and leveraging automation tools to support business development and sales teams across global markets.
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential leads across target industries.
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Use automation and AI tools to scale lead generation efforts.
- Build and maintain structured lead databases.
- Qualify leads and pass them to sales and business development teams.
- Track campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies.
What you bring
- 2–5 years of experience in lead generation or outbound marketing.
- Experience using automation and AI tools for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of email campaigns and digital outreach channels.
- Ability to research, segment, and qualify leads effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like N8N, Zapier, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly.ai and Lemlist.
- Exposure to industries like merchant acquiring, PSPs, cross-border payments, forex, gaming, crypto or high-risk verticals.
- Understanding of international B2B sales processes.
- Experience supporting global outreach campaigns.
