Performance Marketing Manager

About the role
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead Payomatix's paid acquisition engine. You'll own the full funnel from ad spend to qualified leads, working closely with sales and product to scale merchant signups across India, UAE, and global markets.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic.
- Own monthly CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets across geographies.
- Build and manage landing pages, A/B tests, and conversion optimization experiments.
- Work with content and design teams to produce high-performing creative.
- Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, server-side events).
- Manage agency relationships and external vendors.
- Report weekly on pipeline contribution to sales and leadership.
What you bring
- 4–7 years of B2B SaaS or fintech performance marketing experience.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4, Looker Studio, and SQL basics.
- Proven track record of scaling spend profitably ($50K+/month budgets).
- Excellent written communication for ad copy and landing page briefs.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to SMBs, fintechs, or PSPs.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of server-side tracking and CAPI.
