About the role
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective Payomatix merchants. From qualifying inbound demo requests to running outbound outreach campaigns, you'll fill the pipeline that powers our growth.
What you'll do
- Qualify inbound leads from website, ads, and content within 5 minutes of arrival.
- Run outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls to ICP merchants.
- Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot/Salesforce.
- Hit monthly SQL and meeting-booked targets.
- Share market feedback with marketing and product teams.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of inside sales, BDR, or SDR experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Comfort with high outbound activity (60+ calls/day, 100+ emails/day).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and target-driven.
Nice to have
- Experience selling fintech, payments, or SaaS to SMBs.
- Knowledge of UPI, payment gateways, or merchant onboarding.
- Multilingual (Hindi + English minimum).
